LocalLink ("we", "our", "us") operates the LocalLink Driver and LocalLink Restaurant mobile applications. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Restaurant name, contact person name, email address, phone number — provided during registration.

Delivery information: Customer names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses entered by restaurant partners when requesting deliveries.

Location information: Driver GPS location during active deliveries only, to provide real-time tracking and estimated arrival times.

Payment information: Billing details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Device information: Push notification tokens (FCM) for delivery updates. Device type and OS version for app compatibility.

Analytics: Anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Facilitate delivery logistics between restaurants and drivers
• Send delivery status updates via push notifications
• Process billing and payments
• Provide delivery time estimates and route optimization
• Generate financial reports and savings comparisons
• Improve our app and service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment and invoice processing
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure (data storage, notifications, compute)
• Firebase (Google): Push notifications and analytics
• Google Maps Platform: Address autocomplete and route optimization

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS servers in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and authentication (AWS Cognito) to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Location Data

Driver GPS location is collected only during active deliveries (from acceptance to completion). Location is shared with the restaurant to provide delivery tracking. We do not track location when no delivery is in progress.

6. Your Rights

• View and update your profile information in the app
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
